What we are Looking for:

The Senior Field Service Technician is the trained professional engaged in performing in the field customer service and preventative maintenance. Technicians are responsible for the field operation, troubleshooting, repair, and client training of fitness equipment in an assigned location. They may also include training a customer maintenance team or other key colleagues on how to perform routine equipment maintenance. The Senior Field Service Technician applies a high level of knowledge of fitness equipment, experience with technology and mechanical ability to enhance the performance of equipment in the field, improve customer satisfaction, build rapport, and increase customer retention.

a. Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

    Senior Field Service Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Set Schedule for in field service on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Trouble shoot and diagnose problems
  • Communicate with suppliers to find the appropriate solutions and/or parts
  • Provide estimates for repairs directly to the customers
  • Make Recommendations regarding repair or replacement of equipment
  • Work with sales team to ensure timely response for replacement quotes
  • Work with Service Manager to ensure timely response for PM quotes
  • Mentor Junior Service Technicians in the field
  • Specific Job Requirements :

  • Mechanical background with at least 5 years’ experience working as a field technician
  • Certified and or approved as a service provider for at least 3 major suppliers
  • Familiar with and ability to use company technology solutions

What we are Looking for:

A installer/ preventative maintenance technician.

a. Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fitness equipment assembly
  • Installation of fitness equipment throughout State of Ohio
  • Preventative maintenance and minor repair of fitness equipment
  • Heavy lifting 100lbs+ at times
  • Occasional overnight stays
  • Frequent overtime of up to 10 hours per week
  • The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Attention to detail
  • Punctuality/ timeliness
  • High level of professionalism with all clients/ customers
  • Experience with small electronics and/ or moving parts
  • Prior experience of any nature with fitness equipment is a plus, but not required; we will provide training
  • Reliable transportation
  • Team player
  • Good time management
  • Able to be self-sufficient and complete tasks unsupervised
  • Wear required uniform in presentable manner and have good hygiene
